Yavapai College Art Gallery in Prescott, Arizona Presents: To Alter or Abolish: A Group Exhibtion Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. January 23 – February 20, 2026. The Yavapai College Prescott Art Gallery will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence with a group exhibition on the art of protest, propaganda, and communication in the public sphere. We are looking for art that explores these essential social actions from historical and contemporary perspectives. Artists working in any medium, including painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, ceramics, printmaking, digital art, and beyond, are encouraged to showcase their work in a vibrant and inclusive gallery setting. Juror: Brittany Corrales, Curator at the Arizona State University Art Museum The Yavapai College Prescott Art Gallery cannot pay to ship or return artwork. All accepted artists must deliver their work to the gallery in person or pay to ship and return their work.
