Theme: In vs. Out. This issue explores the tension between private and public life, the inner worlds we carry and the selves we present. For some, privacy is inherent; for others, it is fragile or denied. We invite work that reflects on visibility, surveillance, and societal expectations, as well as opacity - the choice to remain unreadable - as an act of resistance, care, and self-definition. We welcome submissions across all mediums, including visual art, writing, sound, performance, and hybrid practices. Interpretations may be literal or abstract, intimate or expansive. Priority is given to work aligned with SUKO’s ethos of compassion, care, and thoughtful engagement with self and community. About SUKO Magazine: Based in Montreal, SUKO Magazine is an independent arts and culture publication dedicated to amplifying emerging and historically underrepresented artists.
