 Exhibitions

The Arts Council of White Lake - Nuveen Center (ACWL-Nuveen), Whitehall, Michigan invites artists that live in the Lake Michigan region, IL, IN, MI and WI aged 18+ to submit artwork for our juried exhibition, Visual Language, on display September 8 - October 24, 2026. The Visual Language exhibit is a call to artists who somehow use text, language, and/or poetry in their artwork. A $200 prize will be awarded for outstanding artwork. Juror for this exhibit is Annamarie Buller and independent curator out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ACWL-Nuveen is an community-based arts non-profit that has served West Michigan for 40 years.
