Small Works: Textures and Tactility. This show aims to emphasize the sensory richness of materials—highlighting how texture, layering, and surface can deepen our connection to a piece of art. Artists are encouraged to submit small-scale works that engage the viewer’s sense of touch—even if only visually. Whether through heavily worked surfaces, woven materials, embossed forms, or tactile media like fabric, wax, mixed media, or ceramics, the exhibition will focus on artworks that beg to be closely inspected, inviting viewers into a more intimate and sensory-driven experience. Open to artists working in all visual disciplines, including but not limited to: Mixed media, Fiber arts, Printmaking, Painting, Sculpture (small-scale) and Photography with a focus on surface or materiality.
