Public Art Call for Art on the River: Resiliency Flows

The City of Dubuque is now accepting sculpture proposals for the 2021-22 Art on the River program. "Resiliency Flows" has been selected as the theme for the 2021-22 exhibit, encouraging proposals that speak to the resiliency and fortitude needed to rebuild better as communities worldwide continue to rebound from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and grow in the ongoing fight for social justice. Existing sculptures, as well as concept proposals for new sculptural work, are encouraged. All chosen artists will receive a $1,800 artist’s honorarium as well as other benefits and selling oppurtunities.
