The Coastal Landscape. Deadline for submissions: Jul 14, 2025. Juror: Jacob and Alissa Hessler. Prints due: Aug 22, 2025. Exhibition: September 5 - September 26, 2025. The meeting of land and water is a place of transformation—a space where motion and stillness, power and tranquility, exist side by side. The Coastal Landscape is a juried photography exhibition celebrating the diverse character of coastlines, shorelines, and waterscapes. We’re seeking photographs that capture the beauty, power, and mood of coastal environments—from dramatic waves to quiet shores. All photographic styles, from traditional to experimental, are welcome. We are honored to have Alissa and Jacob Hessler as jurors for The Coastal Landscape. They will select up to 35 images in our Middlebury, Vermont Exhibition gallery and another 40 images for our Online Gallery. All 75 images will be reproduced in the exhibition catalog and remain permanently on our website, and be promoted on social media with links to photographers' URL. Submission Fee: $39 for 5 images, $6 for each additional image.
