Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Art Contest

Artists are invited to compete in the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s 2024 Habitat Conservation Stamp, Waterfowl Stamp, and Upland Game Bird Stamp art competitions. Winning artwork is used to produce collector stamps and other promotional items (e.g., prints, wine label, etc.) with sale proceeds benefiting Oregon’s fish and wildlife and their habitats. Deadline: Entries will be accepted between August 25 and 5 p.m. on September 29, 2023 at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Headquarters, 4034 Fairview Industrial Drive SE, Salem, OR 97302. Artists can enter multiple contests. How to Apply: Please visit the links below for contest rules, eligible species, entry form, and to view images of entries from previous years. There is no entry fee to apply. Subject: Each stamp contest has a list of eligible species, which are as follows: Upland Game Bird: Gray Partridge; Waterfowl: Trumpeter Swan; Habitat Conservation: A select list of Strategy Species identified in the Oregon Conservation Strategy. Not all species in the Strategy are eligible, so please use the qualifying list of species to select your subject matter.
