Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Art Contest

Artists are invited to compete in the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s 2023 Habitat Conservation Stamp, Waterfowl Stamp, and Upland Game Bird Stamp art competitions. Winning artwork is used to produce collector stamps and other promotional items (e.g., prints, wine label, etc.) with sale proceeds benefiting Oregon’s fish and wildlife and their habitats. Subject: Each stamp contest has a list of eligible species, which are as follows: Upland Game Bird: Mountain Quail. Waterfowl: Greater Scaup. Habitat Conservation: A select list of Strategy Species identified in the Oregon Conservation Strategy. Not all species in the Strategy are eligible, so please use the qualifying list of species to select your subject matter. Contest rules, eligible species, entry form, and images of entries from previous years can be found online.
