The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences, Loveladies, New Jersey, invites applications to "35 Under 35", 2024, a Juried Competition & Exhibition. The LBIF is pleased to announce an exhibition opportunity for emerging, early career artists. LBIF will showcase 35 works of art created by artists 18 to 35 years of age. Artists who live and/or work in the following states are eligible to apply: NJ, PA, CT & NY. (If you do not live or work in these four states, please do not apply.) Mediums eligible for submission includes drawing, painting, hand-pulled prints, photography, mixed media, wall-hung 2D materials in the crafts, video, computer generated digital work displayed as prints. The Juror is Ruba Katrib, Curator & Director of Curatorial Affairs, MoMA PS1. AWARDS: $500 first prize, $250 second prize, $100 third prize and three honorable mentions. Three cash Prizes and three Honorable Mentions will be awarded by the Juror.
