This show is a regional juried exhibition. (REAF also has a digital exhibition and a print shop open for submissions.) We are in search of high quality original works that are creative, erotic and thought-provoking, for exhibit or possible sale. Awards are available, plus all accepted artists receive a 2-day pass to the festival for themselves and a guest. Artists may submit up to 5 pieces on each entry, and may submit up to 3 entries. The $30 submission fee for up to 5 pieces is non-refundable. Artists submitting by January 6 will be notified in time to purchase Hotel Room Requests. Late submissions accepted through January 27. Work must be hand delivered on Thursday, April 18, 2024 or Friday morning, April 19. All two dimensional artwork must be ready to hang: matted, framed, signed by the artist, and labeled with artist name and title. Work may be picked up at the closing of the exhibition on Saturday at 6 pm. Artists are responsible for providing contact info for potential art buyers and this info will be displayed with the art. Sales are between artist and buyer and REAF does not take a commission. Artists must be 18 yrs or older. REAF is not responsible for theft or damage to pieces displayed. While we make every reasonable attempt to protect your art, including round-the-clock security, we recommend you verify that your insurance coverage extends to this show. Artists must certify that they possess a model release for photographs of any identifiable person.
