Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts
Located in Nebraska City, Nebraska, US, the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts awards composers, writers, visual and interdisciplinary artists residencies that vary between two weeks and two months. Residents are provided a private bedroom/bath and an individual studio, while sharing a kitchen and living space with one other resident (composers have their own efficiency apartment located under the composition studio). A food stipend is provided along with weekly trips to the local grocery, and a complimentary taxi to and from the airport for those flying in via Omaha or Lincoln.
