General Terms of Use

All listings, information, and advertisements published on our website and in our newsletters are to be viewed and used at your own risk and you release TheArtList, NetVida Marketing Inc., and all owners and employees from any liability in your use of such information. We are simply an aggregator of art and photography based event announcements and have no affiliation, unless otherwise specified, with any advertiser, event, or contest sponsors. It is the sole responsibility of all members to properly research and do their due diligence in evaluating the legitimacy of any event prior to submitting their artwork or personal information.

Refund Policy

TheArtList does not offer refunds for general user subscriptions or for advertising that has already been published in the system. For autorenewal subscriptions, users can cancel at any point to avoid future renewal payments. Cancelling of the autorenewal payment will result in an automatic termination of the member’s account.

Newsletter, Mailing List, & Email Distribution Policy

TheArtList no longer includes the monthly newsletter as part of any paid subscription package and does not offer any troubleshooting or support for any newsletter problems or deliverability issues. Our mailing list is open to the general public to join from within our registration process. TheArtList is not responsible for any blocking, filtering, bouncing, full mailboxes, or any other non-delivery issues associated with subscribers not receiving the registration email, mailing list emails, and/or Art List email newsletters.

Privacy Policy

TheArtList collects personal information such as name, address, and email address upon subscription purchases, Art Directory submissions, Advertising purchases, and opportunity announcement submissions. All personal financial information entered during purchases is collected and processed by our merchant processors (PayPal, GoogleCheckout, Authorize.net) and is not stored on any Art List servers. TheArtList respects your privacy and will not sell any personal information to any companies or businesses that are not directly owned or operated by TheArtList or NetVida Marketing, Inc.. TheArtList will, from time to time, use collected information to solicit visitors, subscribers, and advertisers with Art List service announcements, new feature announcements, and products updates. Please note the privacy policies of our merchant processor, any content submitter, or advertisements in our website and newsletters may be different from our own.
