- Art Organization
Art Sprinter announces a call for entries for its 2015 Emerging Jewish Artists Awards. The Awards features an independent panel of judges that includes Barry J. Alperin, president emeritus and life trustee of New York City’s Jewish Museum, widely-exhibited Ukraine-born artist Ilya Zomb, Artem Mirolevich, founder and CEO of Russian Pavilion, Timothy D’Agostino, CUNY’s fine arts instructor, and Katya Bychkova, Founder of The Art Sprinter Awards. The goal of the Emerging Jewish Artists Awards is to showcase the best talent in the global Jewish arts community. From eligible entries, the jury will choose ten finalists to be featured in a group exhibition that concludes the competition. The group exhibition will be held in a New York-based gallery One Art Space (23 Warren Street, New York, NY), where finalists will be honored in an awards ceremony. In addition, the winners will be featured in the 2015 Art Sprinter Catalog, including a profile, interview, and selected artworks.
