Juried photographic exhibit to celebrate Earth Day. Thirty finalists will have their photos exhibited on Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs 1-30 April 2010 and included in catalog. Prizes of $500-1500 to top 3, travel stipend to Palm Springs for award ceremony, and inclusion in Palm Springs Life magazine. Categories are: the natural environment: desert, water or mountains and human impact on the planet: consumption, destruction, and restoration. Entrants must register first at www.callforentry.org at no cost and then access this call by name or deadline date to upload jpg images. Jurors include: K. Hough, Chief Curator, Palm Springs Art Museum, D. Fogelson, photographer, R.Lui, photgrapher, The Desert Sun.
