Jaromir Hron

I am an amateur photographer. Photographing for 30 years. I work as an electronics- autoelectrican. I am 50 years, have three adult children.

How and when did you start creating art?

Since childhood I drew different workbooks into shape and patterns, often during school hours.After military service, I bought the first camera and completely fell under the spell of photography.

What media and genres do you work in?

Currently, only photograph digitally. I deal exclusively with black and white landscape photos, nature and natural detail. Recently sions as well as architecture and cityscape.

Who or what are your influences?

I direct your pattern, but I like the photographs of Josef Sudek, Giedrius Varnas and American classics landscape photographs.

As the mist falls, we go out into the field. Will visit well-known place, so I have a film idea. The rest is done by camera and digital darkroom. My goal was a bit mysterious and mystical atmosphere.

Describe your creative process?

I like wandering the countryside in all weathers, looking for interesting places. These places then visit several times a year and waiting for good light. I try to picture exuded a certain atmosphere and emotion. I like the quiet winter landscape, in black and white that looks best.

What are you working on currently?

If my time allows, I try to create a larger collection of photographs of natural details in abstract form. Also, I look forward to autumn and winter weather.

What are your near/long term goals as an artist?

Usually you do not do long-term goals. I would like to see my photos a little bit and I had liked his work a good feeling. I'm going next year to visit the beautiful mountains of central Slovakia.
