Chianciano Art Museum Tuscany - Chianciano Biennale 2022

Chianciano Biennale is organised by the Chianciano Art Museum. The exhibition showcases international contemporary art presented across a stunning network of 13 distinct art galleries and museum spaces. The Chianciano Biennale is located in the heart of Tuscany, taking place from 6th - 28th August 2022. The Chianciano Art Museum has been showcasing thousands of international artworks for over a decade, making this 2022 exhibition the 7th edition of the Biennale. The Chianciano Biennale is a part of a network comprising the thirteen Clancianum Galleries and the Art Museum in the town of Chianciano, organised by Gagliardi Gallery. The galleries are located up on the hill of the Medieval Old Town, falling back on stretches of the rich green and gold landscape that Tuscany breathes. There are no submission requirements for the Chianciano Biennale, the applications are open to all living artists and wholly on the basis of the artwork. Great art has never been limited to established powers, therefore our application process is the same- no requirements, just submit your best work. To truly honour the dynamic talent of contemporary artists, the Chianciano Biennale offers 16 awards. A grand total of €2500 will be prized to the artist with the judged best work. Others include being exhibited at the prestigious London Art Biennale 2023 or critiques by ICAC. Chianciano Biennale provides an unmissable platform for artists to further their career in an international setting.

€2500 prize, guaranteed space in the London Art Biennale or an artist critique from the International Confederation of Art Critics
