Columbia Residential and The Bayou District Foundation will commission and install one exterior public art sculpture in the new Bayou District neighborhood, just 4 blocks east of City Park in New Orleans. Proposals will be accepted provided that the artwork is durable, meets safety regulations, can remain installed with minimal maintenance for at least 15 years, and achieves the concept goals set forth in the mission summary. Project budget is $35,000. All artists residing in Orleans Parish are eligible to apply.
